Discord’s priority is to ensure safety among its users. It is important to educate and protect people who may fall victim to abuse or crime online. The campaign is designed so that users can recognize danger before it’s too late.

the Problem

It is often not clear to Discord users if they’re interacting with a person or a bot. Even then, there are countless scams that occur through the platform or users with generally bad intentions.

Solution

The icon set I created aligns to Discord’s brand being fun and whimsical. You can decipher what each icon is intended to convey in the context of the UI.
